Quick tapioca with almonds milk

  • 65 ml (¼ cup) of tapioca
  • 690 ml (2 ¾ cup) of vanilla flavored almonds milk
  • 1 whisked egg
  • 65 ml (¼ cup) of sugar
  • 15 ml (1 tablespoon) of orange zests
  • Fruits up to your choice : pineapples, strawberries, diced mangos

  • Pour tapioca and almonds milk in a casserole.
  • Add egg, sugar and orange zests.
  • Cool down 5 minutes.
  • Heat at medium heat while stirring constantly until tapioca simmer and becomes thicker.
  • Remove from heat and cool down 20 minutes, while stirring one to two times.
  • Garnish with fruits pieces.
