1 package of 250 gr (3 cups) of Les Cultures de chez nous sliced leeks
350 ml (1½ cup) of frozen beans
150 ml (10 tablespoons) of snow pea
150 ml (10 tablespoons) of green beans
1 liter (4 cups) of poultry broth
Few chunks of Parmesan cheese
1 onion
Salt and pepper
A bit of olive oil

Preparation
Mince onion and fry with olive oil. Add sliced leeks. Cook at medium heat for a few minutes. Then add remaining vegetables and poultry broth.
Cook for about 20 minutes.
Set a hand blender in a large casserole to obtain a creamy texture. Salt, pepper and mix again.
