  • 375 gr (3/4 pound) of medium sized eggs noodles
  • 1 L (4 cups) of poultry broth
  • 4 anise stars
  • 4 boneless half chicken breast, peeled and diced
  • 1 package of 250 gr (3 cups) of Les Cultures de chez nous sliced leeks
  • 12 cherry tomatoes sliced in halfs
  • 250 ml (1 cup) of green grapes
  • 125 ml (1/2 cup) of finely chopped fresh basil
  • Salt and pepper

  • In a large casserole filled with salted water, cook noodles until Al Dente. Drain and set aside. Pour chicken poultry, anise stars and chicken in a large casserole. Bring to a boil and cook 5 minutes. Add sliced leeks, cherry tomatoes and green grapes. Cook 3 minutes. Add noodles. Serve and garnish with basil.
