  • 4 smoked salmon slices
  • 12 fresh asparagus
  • For the sauce :
  • 250 ml (250 gr) of fresh cream
  • 1 shallot
  • A little of ketchup
  • Half a lemon juice
  • Salt and pepper

Preparation

  • Roll few asparagus with a slice of smoked salmon.
  • For the sauce, peel and mince shallot in a bowl. Add fresh cream, a little of ketchup, lemon juice then salt and pepper.
