  • 1 package of spinach sprouts
  • 1/2 package of fresh raspberries
  • 1/2 package of fresh groundcherry
  • Fresh grated Parmesan cheese up to taste
  • Pecan nuts up to taste
  • Vinaigrette :
  • 45 ml (3 tablespoons) of olive oil
  • 30 ml (2 tablespoons) of balsamic vinegar
  • 5 ml (1 teaspoon) of honey
  • 5 ml (1 teaspoon) of honey mustard

Preparation

  • Wash spinaches and drain well to remove water entirely. Add raspberries and groundcherries.
  • Whisk all ingredients for the vinaigrette. Mix vinaigrette with the preparation. Spread with Parmesan cheese and pecan nuts.
