Summery salad with ham and raspberries
Ingredients
- 1 liter (4 cups) of mesclun
- 250 ml (1 cup) of grated or sliced into juliennes carrots
- 30 ml (2 tablespoons) of fresh mint
- 16 slices of maple smoked ham
- 250 ml (1 cup) of raspberries
- In the container of an electric mixer, set ingredients for the vinaigrette. Mix 1 minute.
- In a large salad bowl, mix mesclun with carrots and mint. Stir then divide the salad into plates.
- Garnish each portions with smoked ham slices and raspberries. Coat with vinaigrette.
