Brie and raspberries salad

  • Chopped romaine lettuce
  • 1 raspberries pint
  • 1 package of Brie cheese (do not take double-cream)
  • Few pecan nuts
  • Kraft raspberries vinaigrette

This week's specials


  • Slice Brie into slim pie parts, with its crust.
  • After, at low heat, in a pan, set a little of oil and set in for a few seconds pieces of Brie cheese, until it roast over both sides.
  • Remove pieces of Brie from the pan and set aside.
  • In a large bowl, mix chopped romaine lettuce with the vinaigrette. Divide into four large salad bowls.
  • Set many raspberries, few pecan nuts and 2 or 3 pieces of melted Brie over each bowls.
