  • 6 cups of peeled and diced potatoes (about 6 potatoes)
  • ½ package of 250 gr (1 ½ cup) of Les Cultures de chez nous sliced leeks
  • Mix of 8 peppers
  • Himalayan salt
  • 60 ml (1/4 cup) of butter
  • 125 ml (1/2 cup) of milk
  • 60 ml (4 tablespoons) of herbs mix

  • In a large casserole, cook potatoes with leeks until tenders, so about 20 minutes. Drain.
  • With a potato masher, crush potatoes. With an electric mixer, reduce the mixture into puree with milk, butter, mix of 8 peppers, Himalayan salt and oregano up to taste. Rectify seasoning.
