4 small leeks
250 ml (1/2 cup) of chicken broth
15 ml (1 tablespoon) of curry
Salt and pepper up to taste
125 ml (1/2 cup) of panko breadcrumbs
80 ml (1/3 cup) of grated parmesan

Preparation
Preheat oven at 205 ºC (400 ºF). Remove first leek's leaves and its root. Slice leeks in two on its lenght, without slicing it all the way.
Wash under cold water. In a bowl, mix fresh cream with broth and curry. Season. In a baking plate, set down leeks without stacking it.
Pour curry cream preparation over leeks. Spread breadcrumbs and parmesan. Oven bake for 25 to 30 minutes, until leeks tenders.
