  • 4 small leeks
  • 250 ml (1/2 cup) of chicken broth
  • 15 ml (1 tablespoon) of curry
  • Salt and pepper up to taste
  • 125 ml (1/2 cup) of panko breadcrumbs
  • 80 ml (1/3 cup) of grated parmesan

  • Preheat oven at 205 ºC (400 ºF). Remove first leek's leaves and its root. Slice leeks in two on its lenght, without slicing it all the way.
  • Wash under cold water. In a bowl, mix fresh cream with broth and curry. Season. In a baking plate, set down leeks without stacking it.
  • Pour curry cream preparation over leeks. Spread breadcrumbs and parmesan. Oven bake for 25 to 30 minutes, until leeks tenders.
