Ingredients

  • 1 skinless salmon filet of 450 g (1 pound)
  • 250 ml (1 cup) of pizza sauce
  • 2 precooked pizza dough
  • 16 asparagus
  • 1 package of 200 g of cocktail bocconcinis
  • 125 ml (½ cup) of minced mushrooms
  • 60 ml (¼ cup) of sour cream
  • 15 ml (1 tablespoon) of chopped parsley (optional)
  • 15 ml (1 tablespoon) of chopped dill (optional)

Preparation

  • Preheat oven at 205 C (400 F).
  • Slice salmon into cubes.
  • Spread sauce over pizza dough. Garnish with diced salmon, asparagus, bocconcinis and minced mushrooms.
  • Oven bake for 8 to 10 minutes.
  • If desired, mix sour cream with herbs.
  • Remove pizza from oven and coat diced salmon with sour cream.
  • Set back pizza to oven and continue cooking for 8 to 10 minutes.
