Ham and leeks pizza for diabetics

  • 4 whole wheat tortillas (10 inches)
  • 398 ml (1 can) of pizza sauce
  • 350 g of smoked ham with 25% less sodium
  • 1 package of drained and sliced white mushrooms
  • 2 diced green peppers
  • 1 diced red pepper
  • ½ package of 250 g (1 ½ cup) of Les Cultures de chez nous sliced leeks
  • 320 g (1 package or 3 cups) of grated 19% partly skimmed mozzarella cheese

  • Preheat oven at 400°F (200°C).
  • In a bowl, mix grated cheese with sliced leeks.
  • Set tortillas over baking sheets. Spread sauce over tortillas.
  • Garnish with vegetables, ham and finish with cheese and leeks mixture. Oven bake 20 minutes or until crust and cheese are browned.
