				Noodles sauté with leeks and cherry tomatoes
				
				
				
				
					
					
		
			Ingredients
				
					
						- 200 gr (7 oz) of large noodles lik tagliatelles or eggs free noodles
- 1/2 package of 250 g (2 cups) of Les Cultures de chez nous sliced leeks
- Freshly ground salt and pepper
- 5 ml (1 teaspoon) of dry thyme
- 10 to 12 cherry tomatoes, so about 100 gr (3 1/2 oz)
- 30 ml (2 tablespoons) of olive oil
- 1 small garlic clove
- 30 gr (2 oz) of parmesan cheese
 
				 
		 
		
			
				
					
						
							- Bring 2 L (8 cups) of salted water to a boil. Add noodle and cook with instruction on the package, until it's al dente.
- Meanwhile, slice leek on its lenght to form strips like noodles and wash it. Wash and slice cherry tomatoes in four. 
- Lightly hat oil in a non-stick pan. Briefly brown leeks and season with salt, pepper and thyme. Peel garlic and crush it. At low heat, continue cooking leeks for 5 minutes while stirring non-stop until tenders and lightly browned (but not too brown).
- Drain noodles and mix carefully with leeks. Add cherry tomatoes and heat. Grate parmesan. divide noodles into two plates, spread with parmesan and serve.
