250 ml (1 cup) of blueberries or vanilla yogurt
5 ml (1 teaspoon) of baking soda
190 ml (3/4 cup) of brown sugar
1 egg
125 ml (1/2 cup) of oil
250 ml (1 cup) of bran
5 ml (1 teaspoon) of vanilla
250 ml (1 cup) of flour
10 ml (2 teaspoons) of baking power
60 ml (1/4 teaspoon) of salt
250 ml (1 cup) of fresh or frozen blueberries

Preparation
Mix yogurt, baking soda and blueberries in a larrge bowl.
In another bowl, mix brown sugar, egg, oil, vanilla and gran.
In a last bowl, sieve dry ingredients and add to the first mixture and alternate with yogurt.
Set everything into muffins molds and bake for 25 to 30 minutes at 350 ºF (180 °C).
