Bran and blueberries muffins
Ingredients
- 250 ml (1 cup) of blueberries or vanilla yogurt
- 5 ml (1 teaspoon) of baking soda
- 190 ml (3/4 cup) of brown sugar
- 1 egg
- 125 ml (1/2 cup) of oil
- 250 ml (1 cup) of bran
- 5 ml (1 teaspoon) of vanilla
- 250 ml (1 cup) of flour
- 10 ml (2 teaspoons) of baking power
- 60 ml (1/4 teaspoon) of salt
- 250 ml (1 cup) of fresh or frozen blueberries
- Mix yogurt, baking soda and blueberries in a larrge bowl.
- In another bowl, mix brown sugar, egg, oil, vanilla and gran.
- In a last bowl, sieve dry ingredients and add to the first mixture and alternate with yogurt.
- Set everything into muffins molds and bake for 25 to 30 minutes at 350 ºF (180 °C).
