  • 2 fresh thyme branches
  • 2 fresh rosemary branches
  • 125 ml (1 1/2 cup) of orange juice
  • 30 ml (2 tablespoons) of honey
  • 30 ml (2 tablespoons) of curry pepper
  • 15 ml (1 tablespoon) of tabasco

Preparation
