400 gr (4/5 pound) of linguine pastas
60 ml (4 tablespoons) of butter
250 ml (1 cup) of sliced wild mushrooms
3 chopped shallots
Lemon juice
15 ml (1 tablespoon) of fresh parsley
30 ml (2 tablespoons) of sherry
1 package of 250 gr (3 cups) of Les Cultures de chez nous sliced leeks

Preparation
Heat butter in a casserole. Add mushrooms and Les Cultures de chez nous sliced leeks. When it starts to brown, add shallots and brown for 2 to 3 minutes. Add lemon juice, parlsey and sherry. Season and keep at warm.
Cook pastas.
Drain and mix the preparation.
