  • 800 ml (800 gr) of asparagus tips
  • 4 eggs
  • 100 ml (100 gr) of grated cheese
  • 150 ml (150 gr) of light fresh cream
  • Salt and pepper
  • Nutmeg

  • Cook hard eggs for 10 minutes. Steam asparagus tips.
  • Crush with a fork hard eggs. Mix grated cheese and cream. Salt and pepper. Set grated nutmeg.
  • Divide asparagus into 4 parts. Set flat into individual ramekins. Brush each part with eggs, etc.
  • Gratin in the oven for a few minutes. This plate may be served as an appetizer.
