Preparation
Cook hard eggs for 10 minutes. Steam asparagus tips.
Crush with a fork hard eggs. Mix grated cheese and cream. Salt and pepper. Set grated nutmeg.
Divide asparagus into 4 parts. Set flat into individual ramekins. Brush each part with eggs, etc.
Gratin in the oven for a few minutes. This plate may be served as an appetizer.
