  • 1 packge of 250 gr (3 cups) of Les Cultures de chez nous sliced leeks
  • 250 ml (1 cup) of milk
  • 250 ml (1 cup) of cooking cream
  • 150 to 200 gr of Tournevent fresh goat cheese
  • 5 whole large eggs
  • Salt and pepper up to taste

  • Mix with a blender all ingredients exept leeks.
  • Steam Les Cultures de chez nous sliced leeks for 12 to 15 minutes and then add to mixture.
  • Butter a baking mold (9 inches) and refrigerate 5 to 6 minutes. Pour mixture in mold and oven bake 35 minutes at 350°F (190°C).
