  • 500 ml (2 cups) of cottage cheese
  • 500 ml (2 cups) of nature flavored yogurt
  • 60 ml (¼ cup) of maple syrup
  • 80 ml (1/3 cup) of oat flakes
  • 60 ml (¼ cup) of ground linseeds
  • 500 ml (2 cups) of sliced strawberries
  • 60 ml (¼ cup) of flaked almonds

  • In a bowl, mix cottage heese with yogurt, maple syrup, oat flakes and linseeds.
  • Add half the strawberries and mix lightly.
  • Divide into six dessert cups. Garnish with remaining strawberries and flaked almonds.
