1 package of 250 gr (3 cups) of Les Cultures de chez nous sliced leeks
60 ml (1/4 cup) of lemon or orange marmalade
1 fresh ginger clove
1 liter (4 cups) of cooking cream

Preparation
In a casserole, set cheese, Les Cultures de chez nous sliced leeks, marmalade, ginger and cream. Simmer at low heat for 30 minutes.
Then, cool down and spread it all in a crepe. Roll and refrigerate, then slice like sushi rolls.
