Ingredients

  • 250 ml (1 cup) of flour
  • 180 ml (¾ cup) of sugar
  • 5 ml (1 teaspoon) of baking powder
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • 4 eggs
  • 250 ml (1 cup) of milk
  • 2,5 ml (½ teaspoon) of vanilla essence
  • 250 ml (1 cup) of raspberries
  • 250 ml (1 cup) of blueberries

Preparation

  • Preheat oven at 180 C (350 F).
  • In a bowl, mix flour with sugar, baking powder and salt.
  • In another bowl, whisk eggs with milk and vanilla.
  • Gradually add the liquid mixture to the dry ingredients until obtaining an homogeneous preparation.
  • Add fruits and lightly stir up.
  • Butter a pie plate of 25 cm (10 inches). Pour the preparation into the plate.
  • Oven bake for 35 to 40 minutes.
