Ingredients
250 ml (1 cup) of flour
180 ml (¾ cup) of sugar
5 ml (1 teaspoon) of baking powder
1 pinch of salt
4 eggs
250 ml (1 cup) of milk
2,5 ml (½ teaspoon) of vanilla essence
250 ml (1 cup) of raspberries
250 ml (1 cup) of blueberries

Preparation
Preheat oven at 180 C (350 F).
In a bowl, mix flour with sugar, baking powder and salt.
In another bowl, whisk eggs with milk and vanilla.
Gradually add the liquid mixture to the dry ingredients until obtaining an homogeneous preparation.
Add fruits and lightly stir up.
Butter a pie plate of 25 cm (10 inches). Pour the preparation into the plate.
Oven bake for 35 to 40 minutes.
