Ingredients

  • 3 chicken breasts
  • 250 ml (1 cup) of barbecue sauce
  • 30 ml (2 tablespoon) of olive oil
  • 10 ml (2 teaspoon) of chopped garlic
  • 10 ml (2 teaspoon) of chopped savory
  • 15 ml (1 tablespoon) of poultry spice
  • 125 ml (1/2 cup) of blonde beer
  • 4 ciabatta breads
  • 100 g (3 1/2 oz) of brie cheese sliced into four parts
  • 1/2 package of 250 g (2 cups) of Les Cultures de chez nous sliced leeks
  • Salad

Preparation

  • Slice chicken breasts into four over the thick side.
  • In a bowl, mix barbecue sauce with oil, garlic, herbs and poultry spice. Set aside half the preparation in the refrigerator.
  • Pour the remainings in a hermetic bag. Add beer and chicken to the bag. Remove all air from the bag. Let marinate for 15 minutes at fresh. When cooking, pre-heat barbecue at medium high heat.
  • Drain chicken and throw away the marinade.
  • Over a hot and oiled barbcue grill, lay the chicken. Close the lid and cook for 8 to 10 minutes, while turning the chicken from times to times, until the flesh lose its pink tint.
  • Meanwhile, with a pan, roast leeks for 5 minutes. Set aside.
  • Divide breads in two and grill 1 minute on the top grill of the barbecue.
  • Garnish each bread with sauce mixture, chicken pieces, brie cheese, salad, tomatoes and leeks.
