675 g (1 1/2 pound) of chopped pork
2 eggs
1/2 package (1 1/2 cup) of Les Cultures de chez nous sliced leeks
2 finely chopped garlic clove
60 ml (1/4 cup) of breadcrumbs
15 ml (1 tablespoon) of harissa
Pepper up to taste
4 wooden skewer, beforehand soaked in water
30 ml (2 tablespoon) of finely chopped coriander
Sauce:
150 ml (2/3 cup) of tzatziki commercial sauce

Preparation
In a bowl, mix well all ingredients till meats get sticky. Pepper.
With an ice-cream spoon of about 60 ml (1/4 cup), make 12 meatballs. Then, stick in 3 meatballs on a wet wooden skewer or metal skewer.
Preheat barbecue at high heat. Oil the grill.
Grill meatballs each side aproximatively 4 minutes or till meat gets cooked.
Serves with tzatziki sauce.
