Ingredients

  • 675 g (1 1/2 pound) of chopped pork
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/2 package (1 1/2 cup) of Les Cultures de chez nous sliced leeks
  • 2 finely chopped garlic clove
  • 60 ml (1/4 cup) of breadcrumbs
  • 15 ml (1 tablespoon) of harissa
  • Pepper up to taste
  • 4 wooden skewer, beforehand soaked in water
  • 30 ml (2 tablespoon) of finely chopped coriander
Sauce:
  • 150 ml (2/3 cup) of tzatziki commercial sauce

Preparation

  • In a bowl, mix well all ingredients till meats get sticky. Pepper.
  • With an ice-cream spoon of about 60 ml (1/4 cup), make 12 meatballs. Then, stick in 3 meatballs on a wet wooden skewer or metal skewer.
  • Preheat barbecue at high heat. Oil the grill.
  • Grill meatballs each side aproximatively 4 minutes or till meat gets cooked.
  • Serves with tzatziki sauce.
