500 ml (2 cups) of white wine
1,25 liter (5 cups) of chicken broth of fish fumet

Preparation
Mince leek, onion, carrot and garlic.
In a casserole, heat oil at medium heat. Roast minced vegetables with spices and rosemary for 2 minutes.
Pour white wine and broth. Bring to a boil. Cover and simmer at low heat for 20 minutes.
Filter borht if desired. When it's time to eat, pour warm broth into the bowl.
