250 ml (1 cup) of lobster bisque
125 ml (½ cup) of dry white wine
1 minced leek
225 g (½ pound) of salmon filet
400 g (about 1 pound) of tilapia filets
2 diced tomatoes
1 to 2 pinch of Cayenne pepper
6 to 8 saffron pistils (optional)
15 ml (1 tablespoon) of fresh chopped chive (optional)

Preparation
In a casserole, bring to a boil lobster bisque with white wine, leek and, if desired, saffron.
Add fishes, tomatoes and Ceyenne pepper. Salt. Simmer at low heat for 8 to 10 minutes, until fishes are cooked. If desired, spread chive when serving.
