1½ pound of big tailed asparagus
30 ml (2 tablespoons) of melted butter
Salt, up to taste
125 ml (1/2 cup) of fresh crumbled goat cheese
125 ml (1/2 cup) of white bread crumbs

Breaded asparagus with goat cheese

Preparation
Preheat oven at 400 °F (200 °C).
Cover stems of one tablespoon of melted butter. Salt lightly. Display asparagus in a casserole large enough to make one layer only.
Set down goat cheese over asparagus and sprinkle bread crumbs. Spray with the second tablespoon of melted butter. Oven bake for about 10 minutes or till bread crumbs roast lightly.
