Ingredients
750 g (1½ pound) of asparagus
4 ml (1/3 tablespoon) of butter
15 ml (3 teaspoons) of salt
250 g (1 cup) of sliced mushrooms
50 g (1/4 cup) of sliced green onions
5 ml (1 teaspoon) of cornstarch
15 ml (1 tablespoon) of soy sauce

Preparation
Slice diagonally shaped asparagus, in pieces of 1/2 inch. Leave the whole asparagus tips.
Melt butter, add asparagus (exept tips), water and salt. Cover and bake fastly for 6 minutes. Add asparagus tips, mushrooms and green onions. Cover and bake till asparagus gets tender but crispy (for about 5 more minutes), while stirring frequently.
Mix cornstarch with soy sauce. Add vegetables.
Bake, while stirring for 2 minutes.
