  • 1 roll package of puff pastry
  • 1 package 1/2 of 250 gr (4½ cups) of les Cultures de chez nous sliced leeks
  • 1 Camembert cheese
  • 3 eggs
  • 400 ml (1,5 cup) of Gloria milk briquette
  • Olive oil
  • Pepper and salt

  • In a hot pan, well oiled, fry sliced leeks. Whisk eggs and milk. Pepper and salt.
  • Unroll puff pastry in a pie mold, prick and pour sliced leeks and preparation. Slice Camembert cheese into strips. Set cheese strips over pie and oven bake 40 minutes at 350 °F (170 °C).
