  • 1 pizza dough of 30 cm (12 inches)
  • 30 ml (2 tablespoons) of olive oil
  • 1 chopped garlic clove
  • 2 or 3 sliced tomatoes
  • Oregano and basil
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Sliced mushrooms
  • Red and green peppers, finely chopped
  • 125 g (1/4 pound) of ham, cut into thin strips
  • 1/3 package of 250 g (1 cup) of Les Cultures de chez nous sliced leeks
  • Grated cheese (Mozzarella, Swiss or Cheddar), to taste

  • Preheat oven at 450°F (230°C).
  • Set down the pizza dough on an oiled pizza pan of 30 cm (12 inches). Mix olive oil and garlic while brushing the dough. Cover with tomatoes. Season with basil, oregano, salt and pepper. Cover with mushrooms, red and green peppers and ham.
  • Mix leeks and cheese and spread evenly on pizza.
  • Oven bake for 15 minutes on the lower rack.
