Ham and asparagus fine pizzas

  • 10 asparagus
  • 4 thin crust pizza dough
  • 175 g of minced sliced ham
  • 1 minced red onion
  • 80 ml (1/3 cup) of minced dried tomatoes (into oil)
  • 500 ml (2 cups) of grated mozzarella
  • Few basil leaves (optional)

  • Preheat oven at 425°F (220°C).
  • Slice asparagus into sections. In acasserole filled with salted boiling water, blanch asparagus 2 minutes. Drain.
  • While cooking asparagus, set pizzas dough on a baking sheet covered with parchment paper. Spread sauce over pastas. garnish with ham slices, onions and dried tomatoes.
  • Add drained asparagus and divide mozzarella over each pizzas.
  • Oven bake 9 to 11 minutes, until cheese gratin. When serving, spread few basil leaves.
