  • Dough ingredients :
  • 250 ml (1 cup) of flour
  • 100 ml (1/2 cup) of milk
  • 10 ml (2 teaspoons) of baking powder
  • 30 ml (2 tablespoons) of fat
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • Broth ingredients :
  • 750 ml (3 cups) of frozen of fresh blueberries
  • 100 ml (1/2 cup) of sugar
  • 150 ml (3/4 cup) of brown sugar
  • 250 ml (1 cup) of water
  • Vanilla up to taste

Preparation

  • Mix broth ingredients together and heat at medium heat, until sugar and brown sugar are entirely diluted. Mix dough ingredients together and set this mixture one by one with a spoon into the hot broth.
  • Cover and boil for 15 minutes at low heat. It's important not to lift up the lid while cooking or the dough wont puff.
