  • 1/2 package of 250 gr (1½ cup) of Les Cultures de chez nous sliced leeks
  • 15 to 30 ml (1 to 2 tablespoons) of mustard, up to choice
  • 100 g (1/2 cup) of butter
  • 1 baguette bread
  • Grated Gruyère AOC cheese up to taste

  • Mix melted butter with mustard and sliced leeks.
  • Slice baguette bread into slices of 1 cm.
  • Spread generously sliced leeks mixture over baguette bread.
  • Add grated Gruyère AOC cheese and gratin in the oven preheated at 350 °F (180 ºC) for 8 to 10 minutes.
