  • 1 package of 102 g of vanilla pudding preparation
  • 1 diced angel cake
  • 10 to 12 strawberries sliced into four
  • 4 peeled and diced kiwis
  • 180 ml (¾ cup) of 35% whipping cream
  • 500 ml (2 cups) of milk
  • 15 ml (1 tablespoon) of honey
  • 15 ml (1 tablespoon) of lemon zests

  • In a bowl, prepare pudding with milk by following packaging's indications. If desired, add lemon zests.
  • In a transparent presentation plate, divide half the pudding, cake and fruits. Repeat to form a second floor.
  • Whip cream until obtaining firm pikes then add honey. Garnish bagatelle with whipped cream.
