			Ingredients
				
					
						- 625 ml (2 1/2 cups) of blueberries
- 500 ml (2 cups) of flour
- 315 ml (1 1/4 cup) of sugar
- 15 ml (1 tablespoon) of baking powder
- 2 ml (1/2 teaspoon) of salt
- 2 ml (1/2 teaspoon) of salt 125 ml (1/2 cup) of margarine
- 5 ml (1 teaspoon) of vanilla
- 180 ml (3/4 cup) of milk
- 2 eggs
 
				 
		 
		
			
				
					
						
							- Sift flour, sugar, baking powder and salt in a large bowl. Add soft margarine, vanilla and milk. Scramble all and add eggs. Pour half paste in a square plate and grease.
- Add blueberries and spread with sugar (optional). Finally, add rest of paste over blueberries.
- Oven bake at 350 ºF (180 ºC) for at least an hour or until it roast.
- Prick with a fork to verify baking.
