  • 500 ml (2 cups) of blueberries
  • 190 ml (3/4 cup) of low fat yogurt
  • 250 ml (1 cup) of milk
  • 250 ml (1 cup) of unsweetened pineapple juice
  • 45 ml (3 tablespoons) of honey
  • 375 ml (1½ cup) of ice cubes

Preparation

  • With an eletric blender, add blueberries, yogurt, milk, pineapple juice and honey, until smooth. Add ice cubes, few at a times, and mix until finely crushed.
  • Serves right away.
