Preparation
Mince onions, In a pan, cook onions and sliced leeks at medium heat. Sliced onions and leeks should be well brown. Stop heating.
Salt and pepper. Add fresh cream. Spread over puff pastry. Close puff pastry. Add a bit of grated cheese. Oven bake 30 minutes at 350 °F (170 °C) to cook the pastry and brown cheese. Serve warm.
