Blueberries pie

  • 235 ml (1 cup) of blueberries
  • 190 ml (3/4 cup) of water
  • 235 ml (1 cup) of sugar
  • 1 ml (1/4 teaspoon) of salt
  • 45 ml (3 tablespoons) of cornstarch
  • 45 ml (3 tablespoon) of water
  • 710 ml (3 cups) of blueberries
  • 1 cooked pie crust of 9 or 10 inches

  • Boil one cup of blueberries with water, sugar and salt. Mix cornstach with water. Add to the mixture while stirring, then let it boil for a few minutes until it thickers. Then remove from fire.
  • Add three cups of blueberries to the warm mixture. Cool down and pour onto the cooked pie crust.
