1 package of 250 gr (3 cups) of Les Cultures de chez nous sliced leeks
250 gr (1/2 pound) of yellow potatoes
1 large chopped onion
100 gr (1/2 cup) of butter
2 liters (8 cups) of chicken broth
Cooking cream up to your taste
Salt and pepper up to your taste
Small fried bacons strips in sufficient quantity

Preparation
Roast sliced leeks and onions without browning into butter. Add chicken broth. Bring to a boil and add diced potatoes. Salt and pepper.
Set back the soup in the casserole, add cream and bring to a boil. Serve hot or cold. Spread with small bacons strips.
