500 ml (2 cups) of blueberries
125 ml (1/2 cup) of sugar
125 ml (1/2 cup) of water
250 ml (1 cup) of orange juice
15 ml (1 tablespoon) of lemon juice

Preparation
In a casserole, mix all ingredients.
Simmer for about 10 minutes.
Cool down and freeze into a metal mold until everything is firm, which is for about an hour.
Crush in a blender until smooth.
Set back in the freezer and let it set.
Remove sorbet 15 to 30 minutes before serving.
