  • 500 ml (2 cups) of blueberries
  • 125 ml (1/2 cup) of sugar
  • 125 ml (1/2 cup) of water
  • 250 ml (1 cup) of orange juice
  • 15 ml (1 tablespoon) of lemon juice

Preparation

  • In a casserole, mix all ingredients.
  • Simmer for about 10 minutes.
  • Cool down and freeze into a metal mold until everything is firm, which is for about an hour.
  • Crush in a blender until smooth.
  • Set back in the freezer and let it set.
  • Remove sorbet 15 to 30 minutes before serving.
