1 finely chopped green pepper
1 finely chopped yellow pepper
1 finely chopped onion
1 package of 250 gr (3 cups) of Les cultures de chez nous sliced leeks
1 finely chopped carrot
2 finely chopped shallots
1 finely chopped large tomato
5 pork cutlets slices, sliced into strips

Preparation
Brush pork cutlets with garlic butter or add a garlic clove to your vegetables.
Slice cutlets into strips.
Roast all vegetables mixed together in a pan for about 10 minutes.
Roast pork strips in a pan or over the BBQ.
Add to the vegetables and spray with a bit of white wine and chicken broth.
Lightly cook and serve.
