  • 1 finely chopped green pepper
  • 1 finely chopped yellow pepper
  • 1 finely chopped onion
  • 1 package of 250 gr (3 cups) of Les cultures de chez nous sliced leeks
  • 1 finely chopped carrot
  • 2 finely chopped shallots
  • 1 finely chopped large tomato
  • 5 pork cutlets slices, sliced into strips

  • Brush pork cutlets with garlic butter or add a garlic clove to your vegetables.
  • Slice cutlets into strips.
  • Roast all vegetables mixed together in a pan for about 10 minutes.
  • Roast pork strips in a pan or over the BBQ.
  • Add to the vegetables and spray with a bit of white wine and chicken broth.
  • Lightly cook and serve.
