Orange-flavoured pork sauté with sweet peas
- In a bowl, mix together all ingredients for the sauce.
- Remove oranges supremes by first peeling the raw peel and then by slicing each sides of the membranes. Press membranes above a bowl which contain the sauce to recuperate the juice from oranges.
- Trim pork chops by removing its bone and exceeding fat. Slice chops into slices.
- In a pan or a wok, heat oil at medium-high heat. Roast few slices at a time for 4 to 5 minutes. Remove from the pan and set into a plate.
- In the same pan, cook green onions and sweet peas for 2 minutes.
- Pour the sauce. Set back pork chops into the pan and bring to a boil.
- Add orange supremes and heat 1 minute.
