  • 6 leeks
  • 100 gr of shelled shrimps
  • 4 rice galettes
  • Soy sauce
  • 10 mint leaves

  • Slice leeks over its lenght. Clean and boil in a casserole. Salt and cook 6 leeks.
  • In a clean and moist cloth, set rice galettes to softens (for about 5 minutes).
  • Set cooked leeks over rice galettes then add shrimps. Roll each galettes then enjoy with fresh mint leaves and soy sauce.
