  • 2 leek whites, cut into small chunks
  • 125 ml (1/2 cup) of cooking cream
  • 125 ml (1/2 cup) of spicy mayonnaise
  • 15 ml (1 tablespoon) of tamari sauce
  • 250 ml (1 cup) of arugula
  • 1 pear, cut into small cubes
  • 250 ml (1 cup) of northern shrimp
  • 500 ml (2 cups) of cooked sushi rice
  • 30 ml (2 tablespoons) of coconut flakes
  • 2 nori leaves
  • 2 pinches of salt flower

Preparation

  • Preheat oven to 350°F (180°C).
  • Place leeks, coconut, cream and salt in an ovenproof dish. Bake for 30 minutes.
  • In a bowl, mix leeks, cream, shrimp, arugula and pear.
  • Set up your sushi.
  • Place your mixture in the center of the rice, roll it up and gently cut.
  • In a small bowl, mix the mayonnaise and the tamari sauce.
  • Serve and enjoy with the tamari mayonnaise!
