1 baguette bread
Butter, up to taste
Mustard, of your choice and taste
1/2 sac of 250 gr (1½ cup) of Les Cultures de Chez Nous sliced leeks
2 slices of ham
Your favorite cheese, grated

Baguette au gratin with ham, cheese and leeks

Preparation
Slice baguette in 4 equal pieces.
Divide each pieces in two.
Butter each of them.
Sprinkle with sliced leeks.
Slice ham into strips and set over leeks. Top with grated cheese. Gratin in the oven at 350°F (180°C) for about 15 minutes. Complete cooking at grill.
