Grilled asparagus with lemon and Dijon

  • 675 gr (1 ½ pound) of fresh asparagus
  • 15 ml (1 tablespoon) of vegetable oil
  • 10 ml (2 teaspoons) of fresh lemon juice
  • 5 ml (1 teaspoon) of Dijon's mustard
  • Salt and pepper, up to taste

This week's specials


  • Preheat oven at 450°F (230°C).
  • Slice the base of the asparagus. Peel at the third till the base.
  • Display asparagus on a cookie sheet. Spray with oil. Turn asparagus to cover it well. Be sure asparagus are tightly set side by side. Oven bake asparagus for 8 to 10 minutes and turn over at least one time.
  • Meanwhile, in a small bowl, whip alltogether oil, lemon juice and Dijon's mustard.
  • When asparagus are baked, transfer in a serving plate and spray with the vinaigrette. Salt and pepper.
