Ingredients

  • 500 ml (2 cups) of blueberries
  • 250 ml (1 cup) of sugar
  • 250 ml (1 cup) of all-purpose flour
  • 10 ml (2 teaspoon) of baking powder
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • 85 ml (1/3 cup) of melted butter
  • 2 eggs
  • 5 ml (1 teaspoon) of vanilla
  • Milk

Preparation

  • Set blueberries at the bottom of a pyrex plate (about 10 inches x 10 inches). Spread sugar. In a bowl, mix sugar, flour, baking powder and salt.
  • In a measuring cup, set melted butter, eggs, vanilla and milk to complete the cup. Whip lightly. Add measuring cup to dry mixture with a wooden spoon then pour it all over blueberries.
  • Oven bake between 350 ºF (180 °C) and 375 ºF (190 °C) for about 55 minutes.
