45 ml (3 tablespoons) of honey
45 ml (3 tablespoons) of grated Parmesan cheese
Juice from 1/2 a lemon
A pinch of nutmeg
Salt and pepper

Leeks with parmesan

Preparation
Preheat oven at 400°F (200°C). Slice off and throw green leeks parts. Slice Les Cultures de chez nous leeks into sections of 4 cm (1 1/2 inch). Set in a bowl filled with cold water. Soak 20 minutes.
Drain leeks and set in gratin plate. Barely cover it with cold water. Add honey, lemon juice, nutmeg, salt and pepper. Bring to a boil at medium heat and cook for 5 minutes. Do not cover.
Oven bake 30 minutes, uncovered. Turn leeks and continue baking for another 30 minutes. Set leeks in a serving plate. Sprinkle with Parmesan. Serve with lemon's quarters.
