2 packages of 250 gr (6 cups) of Les Cultures de chez nous sliced leeks
1 large onion
25 ml (1 1/2 tablespoons) of butter
2 glasses of white wine
For the sauce
250 ml (1 cup) of milk
8 ml (1 1/2 teaspoon) of butter
8 ml (1 1/2 teaspoon) of flour
100 ml (6 tablespoons) of fresh cream

Preparation
Blanch Les Cultures de chez nous sliced leeks into salted water. Mince onions.
Prepare béchamel sauce with butter, flour and milk.
Brown onions into butter. Then add sliced leeks and cream. Stir well.
Add white wine ad cover while lowering heat. Frequently take a look and add water, if necessary.
Once everything is reduced, add béchamel sauce.
