1 package of 250 gr (3 cups) of Les Cultures de chez nous sliced leeks
Ground salt and pepper up to taste
4 pitas
150 gr (1/3 pound) of chopped ham
150 gr of chopped brie cheese
30 ml (2 tablespoons) of minced basil
30 ml (2 tablespoons) of oregano leaves

Preparation
Preheat oven at 205°C (400°F).
In a casserole, blanch leeks into boiling water 2 minutes. Drain.
Divide leeks, ham and brie over pitas. Pepper and coat with pesto.
Set pizzas on a baking sheet covered with parchment paper. Oven bake 8 to 10 minutes.
When out of the oven, spread herbs.
