Shrimps pizza on BBQ

  • 1 package (3 cups) of Les Cultures de Chez nous sliced leeks
  • 24 cleaned and shelled large shrimps
  • 2 chopped garlic cloves
  • 45 ml (3 tablespoons) of olive oil
  • Salt and ground pepper up to your taste
  • 4 pita breads
  • 8 balls of bocconcini cheese
  • 1 package of cherry tomatoes in half
  • 125 ml (1/2 cup) of chopped fresh basil
  • Pizza sauce or pesto
  • Parmesan

  • Pre-heat barbecue at medium heat. Oil grill.
  • In a large pan, roast leeks, shrimps and garlic with olive oil at medium heat for 2 minutes. Salt and pepper.
  • Spread leeks and shrimps mixture over the pita bread, garnish with cherry tomatoes, bocconcini cheese and basil.
  • Set pizza directly over the grill. Cook until cheese melt for about 5 minutes.
  • Spread sauce, then add grated parmesan.
