Roy's pastas with leeks

  • 7 to 8 garlic cloves
  • 2 packages of 250 gr (6 cups) of Les Cultures de chez nous sliced leeks
  • 375 gr (1 1/2 cup) of mushrooms
  • 2 to 3 medium sized tomatoes
  • 400 gr (1 small package) of spaghettini pastas
  • 80 ml (1/3 cup) of olive oil
  • 3 ml (1/2 teaspoon) of crushed pepper
  • 3 ml (1/2 teaspoon) of salt
  • Grated parmesan cheese up to taste
  • Pepper

  • Cook pastas, drain and set under cold water.
  • Chop garlic and harshly slice mushrooms.
  • Slice tomatoes into quarters.
  • In a pan, heat half the quantity of olive oil.
  • Brown mushrooms for 2 minutes.
  • Add Les Cultures de chez nous sliced leeks, garlic, tomatoes and brown this mixture 2 more minutes.
  • In another pan, heat pastas with olive oil left, crushed pepper and salt. Set pastas in your favorite serving plate and garnish with vegetables mixture. Spread grated parmesan cheese and pepper.

Serve with a green salad and a nice wine.
